Managing Billing Details

You can easily update your credit card and other billing details through your workspace's subscription settings.

Update Your Credit Card

Your credit card details are stored with our secure payment provider, Stripe. When adding a new card, your previous card will be deleted and all future charges will be attempted on the new card.

Update Billing Address

Your billing address will also be updated with our payment provider, Stripe, and sales tax will be recalculated. All invoices and receipts will reflect this address.

Update Billing Email

Your billing email will also be updated with our payment provider, Stripe, and all invoice and receipt emails will be sent to this address. Currently, we do not offer a CC option to add additional email addresses, but we can set this up manually for you if needed. Contact us to make this request.

Update VAT Number

Your VAT number will also be updated with our payment provider, Stripe, and they will perform validation of it. All invoices and receipts will reflect this VAT number.
