These steps include:

  • Our websites and servers are only accessible via encrypted connections – HTTPS with SSL/TLS.
  • We are PCI compliant as is our payment processor, Stripe. Your payment data is stored on their servers and we don't directly have access to sensitive items like full card numbers or security codes.
  • Investing in technology that ensures the reliability of the Website and Service by providing protection against DDoS attacks and active monitoring for uptime.
  • Utilizing a firewall which filters and blocks bad traffic, bots, crawlers and malicious attacks.
  • Making regular encrypted backups of customer data. Our backups are retained securely for up to one week, after which they are destroyed.
  • Ensuring access to customer data from employees of HourStack is strictly controlled.
