How do I upgrade or cancel my HourStack plan?

To upgrade your plan, visit the subscription management in your workspace settings. From there you will be able to choose a plan for your workspace. See our subscription management article for more details.

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to subscription management in your workspace settings, then click Manage Plan next to your active plan. Click Cancel Subscription from the menu to close your subscription. Your subscription will be canceled effective at the end of the current billing period. No further recurring charges will be made, but any outstanding balance will be due immediately and will be invoiced on the standard schedule.
